1. What's included in my package?
> Your package will include your invoice, warranty card, and at least one (1) free microfiber cloth.2. How long will it take before my items are shipped out?
> Since all items are made-to-order and materials are sourced internationally, your order may take 2-3 weeks in production. Shipping varies depending on your shipping address and mode of delivery (Grab/Lalamove or J&T/GogoXpress).3. Why do you require a 70% downpayment?
> A 70% downpayment is needed in order to source materials.4. What if I fail to settle my remaining 30% balance?
> Failure to settle your remaining balance 1 or more weeks after the shipping date will automatically cancel your order. Refunds do not apply.
> If you are unable to settle your balance on or before the shipping date, your order will be shipped later and an additional fee of P20 will be applied.5. Can I cancel my order?
> Strictly no order cancellations.6. Can I have my necklace/bracelet resized?
> Yes, but only within its warranty period. Fees vary from P20-P70 depending on the length of the chain to be added or subtracted.7. Can I wear my jewelry to the shower or while exercising?
> Yes! All pieces are hypoallergenic, non-tarnish, and scratch resistant. Just be sure to wipe them down with the microfiber cloth before storing them.

STORE POLICIES

On refunds, returns, warranties, and exchanges:
All items (including freebies) are under warranty until the date specified on the card. During this period, free repair services are available for jump rings and locks. Pendants and chain resizing do not count. Necklace and bracelet resizing may be availed as long as the product is under warranty, however, service fees apply.
Refunds apply to the following:
1. Materials for jewelry pieces are out of stock
2. 10% refund for orders that are shipped 3 days past the date agreed upon

1. Incorrect order
2. Incomplete orderPlease note that your order must come with at least one (1) free microfiber cloth. Otherwise, let us know through Instagram or Facebook and we shall send you one for free.On shipping and delivery:
HECATE is not responsible for any loss or damage to your parcel during the shipping process. Once we have shipped your order, it will officially be under the care of your chosen courier. However, HECATE guaranteed sufficient packaging to ensure the safety of your items.On production time:
Strictly no rush orders. As all items are made-to-order and materials are sourced internationally, production may take 2-3 weeks (accounting for both international shipping of materials and jewelry production).On payments:
All transactions will be held via GCash. HECATE does not accept cash on delivery or other bank transfers.
For down payments, your 30% remaining balance must be settled on or before the shipping date of your parcel. Otherwise, your order will be shipped at a later date and you will have to pay an additional fee of P20. Failure to settle your balance one (1) week past your shipping date will automatically cancel your order. Refunds do not apply.
